The designer's story: 

Seven years ago I decided I would really love some company while I sew. So we checked with local rescues in our area and found the sweetest little kitten friend for me, Cosmo. He was so delightful to have around that we started fostering other sweet little kitties too. We've fostered for several years and many kittens have come and gone, all except one, a very shy little guy we named Stitch. Stitch is scared of most things, but he loves to spend time in my sewing room, prefers sleeping on quilts, and always keeps me and Cosmo company while I sew. My sewing room is without a doubt Stitch’s favorite spot. Five years later we added to our kitty crew when a one week old tiny gray and white kitten was found on his own. We fell in love immediately and sure enough, Georgie joined our family. Three little cats. This collection pays homage to my favorite furry friends and those wonderful days together in my sewing room. It has everything from beautiful vintage florals to perfect dots, simple stripes and delightful busy little prints, all in the sweetest, soft colors. And of course a kitten or two mixed in for good measure. For Cosmo and Stitch and now Georgie. We make a pretty good team, me and these three little cats. I don’t know how I ever sewed without them. Cats and quilts, the perfect pair.
